mat\u00e9riau noble aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurelles avantageuses. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les attaques auxquelles le bois est sensible sont vari\u00e9es, allant de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, \u00e0 la formation de moisissures, aux attaques d&rsquo;insectes, etc. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mais il existe un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment, le feu, qui en raison de sa composition chimique est un mat\u00e9riau combustible, br\u00fble lorsque des conditions d&rsquo;incendie se produisent (\u00e9nergie thermique + oxyg\u00e8ne + mat\u00e9riau combustible), provoquant non seulement des pertes mat\u00e9rielles mais, pire encore, pouvant causer la perte de vies humaines.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Processus de combustion<\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> La combustion du bois consiste essentiellement en la combinaison de deux de ses principaux composants, le carbone et l&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne, avec l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne de l&rsquo;air, pour produire respectivement du dioxyde de carbone et de l&rsquo;eau. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ces conditions sont produites par des r\u00e9actions exothermiques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La combustion du bois s&rsquo;effectue en deux phases.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Le premier peut \u00eatre appel\u00e9 d\u00e9gazage, avec perte de vapeur d&rsquo;eau dans un premier temps et de gaz ensuite, qui br\u00fblent s&rsquo;il y a suffisamment d&rsquo;air. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">En m\u00eame temps, du charbon de bois est produit.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La deuxi\u00e8me phase est la combustion de ce charbon de c\u00e2bles \u00e9lectriques : A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F. Ces les classes repr\u00e9sentent un indice de l&rsquo;inflammabilit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau et de sa contribution au feu, du meilleur au pire comportement au feu par ordre croissant. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La classe F signifie \u00ab sans d\u00e9termination des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00bb, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire soit parce que le mat\u00e9riau class\u00e9 ne r\u00e9pond \u00e0 aucune des exigences auxquelles doivent r\u00e9pondre les autres classes, soit parce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ces classes sont dans de nombreux cas accompagn\u00e9es de deux sous-param\u00e8tres suppl\u00e9mentaires qui renseignent sur la production de fum\u00e9e et la chute de gouttes ou de particules enflamm\u00e9es lorsque le mat\u00e9riau br\u00fble pendant l&rsquo;essai.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">LE TEST SBI (UNE-EN 13823)<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Le test SBI (Single Burning Item) est un test relativement nouveau d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement pour le syst\u00e8me europ\u00e9en Euroclass de r\u00e9action au feu. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cet essai <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u00e9value la contribution potentielle d&rsquo;un produit au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un incendie, dans une situation d&rsquo;incendie qui simule un seul objet br\u00fblant dans un coin d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du produit \u00e0 classer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cet essai convient aux classes A2, B, C et D.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">L&rsquo;essai est effectu\u00e9 dans une cabine con\u00e7ue \u00e0 cet effet avec deux cadres verticaux en mat\u00e9riau incombustible o\u00f9 sont plac\u00e9s 2 \u00e9chantillons du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 tester, 500 x 1500 mm et 1000 x 1500 mm, qui sont plac\u00e9s sans tomber de gouttes ni de particules enflamm\u00e9es pendant plus de 10 s en 600 s de test SBI. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">d2- ni d0 ni d1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Ce test n&rsquo;analyse pas la toxicit\u00e9 des fum\u00e9es produites.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les mat\u00e9riaux ou produits doivent \u00eatre class\u00e9s et test\u00e9s selon leurs conditions d&rsquo;utilisation finale. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cela signifie qu&rsquo;un m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau ou produit peut avoir diff\u00e9rentes classifications, selon qu&rsquo;il est mont\u00e9 sur diff\u00e9rents supports, avec diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A titre de comparaison, il est admis que toute classe ayant des indices \u00e9gaux ou plus favorables que ceux d&rsquo;une autre classe satisfait aux conditions de cette classe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Les produits contenus dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e9valu\u00e9s en condition d&rsquo;utilisation finale, selon ces normes d&rsquo;essais, obtiennent style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Il est essentiel que tout traitement avec des retardateurs de flamme fournisse une protection durable et pr\u00e9visible, bas\u00e9e sur des tests ind\u00e9pendants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Questionnaire sur les sp\u00e9cifications des produits ignifuges Quelle est la r\u00e9sistance au feu requise ?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">2.- Quelles sont les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance au feu requises d&rsquo;un produit ignifuge ?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">3.- La r\u00e9sistance pr\u00e9sente dans les Euroclasses B ou C est-elle celle requise ? <\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Si la r\u00e9sistance requise est conforme aux normes europ\u00e9ennes typiques (Euroclasses B ou C), les documents suivants peuvent aider au choix du traitement d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur admissibles.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">La WPA recommande fortement que la description du produit dans le rapport de cotation soit compar\u00e9e aux sp\u00e9cifications des composantes de bois qui seront utilis\u00e9es dans les travaux de charpente afin de s&rsquo;assurer que la cotation dans le rapport est appropri\u00e9e pour le projet \u00e0 entreprendre. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">3.2.- Rapport d&rsquo;application \u00e9tendu : apporte la preuve et s&rsquo;assure de d\u00e9finir une gamme ou famille de produits et d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseurs, dans laquelle le rapport est valable.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">4.- Les r\u00e9sistances pr\u00e9sentes dans les sections 6 et\/ou 7 de la norme britannique BS 476 (concernant les essais de r\u00e9sistance au feu des mat\u00e9riaux de construction) sont-elles requises ? <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">[Application UK] Que la r\u00e9sistance soit celle de la classe 1 ou de la classe 0, les principaux documents \u00e0 consulter sont les rapports
